Views on the Indian tech industry:

It's a topic that has been oft debated - that India's tech industry is a lot like the Chinese manufacturing phenomenon - Low cost, reasonable quality, minimal innovation. I was an employee of a huge IT company in India (what the heck, it was TCS) and have, in the two years in their employ, developed certain opinions and concerns about the direction of India's IT revolution.

Here's how Indian IT companies operate (Infy, TCS, Wipro and the second string such as Mastek, Satyam, Patni etc). Hire engineers in bulk, never mind that they are not computer scientists or electrical engineers - if they can write a few lines of code in C/C++ and are academically decent, they're hired . After all, they don't need brilliant engineers - just people who will do as they are told and reasonably intelligent enough to get the client's work done, and bullshit their way out of it if they don't. They'll rarely make CAD software for Electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Instead they will develop "end to end solutions" for banking, finance, inventory management, website development, etc. By develop I mean code, not design - there is a huge difference between the two, something which I will touch upon shortly. One important thing to note is that the HR in most IT companies don't give a damn about individual interests. They will put you wherever they need someone to slog for them. I've had one HR person tell me that they will put me in a project where they get maximum money, regardless if I am interested or not. And they wonder why so many people leave!!!

What is the nature of the work? At least 70% of the international projects in most Indian IT companies is maintenance - i.e someone else has already developed an application. All you need to do is add more features/change behavior as per client's request. Then there's production support, which is worse. It is almost call-center work - ensure that the application runs normally and if it fails, get it up and running ASAP. Take calls from the client, update on the status. In a sense, like a car mechanic - I didn't get an engineering degree to be a car mechanic - I got it to design the car! Finally, if you are lucky you get development - write code. But then, writing code is easy - it is like manufacturing a car. What is not, is designing a system that works efficiently. Typically, foreign clients get the design done by the likes of Accenture, IBM, etc. The designs are then sent to Desi companies, who actually do the coding at a cost much cheaper than IBM or accenture. Thus, all we do is donkey work. It is not technology - it is programming. Technology is a new idea, paradigm or design - programming is implementing that design. Thus, most of the people in IT waste their engineering degrees, doing mundane programming, until they are made project managers - after which they spend their lives approving time sheets, conducting appraisals and sucking up to the client . Wait a second - shouldn't an experienced IT professional be doing advanced stuff and leave the bullshitting to MBAs?

Why is it so hard for Desi companies to do design? They've not tried hard enough (yet) to get into this space. They just don't have the competence to get the job done. Desi companies are amazing at procedure oriented projects - if there is a procedure in place telling us what to do, we can do it. They don't have the experience (and therefore the brand equity) to attract IT consulting projects. Consulting is largely a reputation driven business. In order to build such a reputation, desi companies need to hire high-flying consultants - they dont come cheap. Even after all this, there is no guarantee of results! (Lately, Infy is trying to get into this space, I'm told, so good luck to them. I dont think TCS is though :-)) How many software products come out of Indian cos? IFlex is the only company to have a product successful worldwide. Making products is expensive and again, there is no guarantee of success - why risk it when services give me an assured income?

Why do we need to get into high end IT - consulting and products? Simply because the algorithm of low cost, low margin services will run it's course in the future. As pay scales rise in India and the rupee appreciating wrt the dollar, margins become more and more slim. In time, India may not be as competitive as say Brasil or Russia - the American cos will take their projects out there! U can see trends in the manufacturing sector - earlier Taiwan was the manufacturing base for American cos, then South Korea and then these days, China For too long have we been stuck in the procedure oriented IT services. It is time to invest in consulting and products, and take Indian IT to the next level, or else I fear we will remain stuck in this low end nonsense.
. Indian companies thus have 2 choices - identify and set shop in countries where the low cost, low margin algorithm can be applied (TCS seems to be taking this route) or enter into high end IT, which is independent of geography (Which Infy is trying). I believe the latter is the better route - it is a high margin business and reasonably high tech. What is even better, is coming up with technology - like Java, efficient databases, advanced operating systems (Like Sun, Oracle or Microsoft). That is real tech. It's not that we can't do it. It's just that we don't want to risk it. But, nothing venture, nothing have! Desi companies’ don't even do proper R&D!


Finally, a true story. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (TSMC) was huge in the chip manufacturing industry, making almost 60% profit. They could have got into chip design, and potentially, designed low cost chips. However, design is a risky business - what if the chip bombs? TSMC chose to stick to it's core competence - fabrication. In time, TSMC's profits have declined to 20% or so... they're still number one, but don’t make as much money as they used to... Are we learning yet?

Cricket is Obsession

Cricket is obsession in India. If somebody has to play some game in India with few people then the first choice would be cricket. These days we are playing cricket every Saturday. It is a initiative taken by few of the members of the JAVA team. Our office is situated in Faridabad and lots of employees reside near by. There are very good residential places near by our office and due to hectic office schedule sometime people prefer to stay nearby. I was in Delhi and shifted in Faridabad few months back. You have crunch of space in Delhi and all colonies are short of space. Residential places in FBD have ample space to move. We have a big playground in sector-31.Cold was on its decline when we decided to burn our calories in playground. It was a nice move.Chetan, Pankaj, Vikas were initiator. They asked me and I said an obvious yes to them. I play TT whenever I get a chance. But for Cricket we were not having any time. I have won few championships in TT but for me Cricket is my passion. We are so much into cricket that we just need a trigger and rest everybody can see. We tend to involve into cricket more than our religion. When it comes to spirituality and religion we follow our heart for some social belongings. But our X-factor comes into play when we are into the skin of this English game. Cricket is a game of passion abided by rules.

We play on few Saturdays by dividing team among ourselves. Initially only member of JAVA team were willing to play as they have played it on few occasions earlier. Later few members of testing team got involved and then players of Microsoft team also joined us. We decided to play a so called official match between MS and JAVA teams. Though Java team members were very few in numbers. Hardly 6-7 people were in JAVA team. Sunil and I were included in JAVA team. Sunil Bainsla was much excited and actually he is very emotional about the game. He was busy in framing mails for inviting MS team to play a match. He was thinking 24*7 about the game. Sometime we have to stop him discussing about cricket. He is crazy stuff. Finally he gave me a call on Saturday morning at 6 AM for reaching in playground. Though it was painful but it was our passion which drawn me to the field. We played two matches against MS team and won both of them.Chetan and Bhati bowled very well.Pankaj got few wickets. In first match Vikas Goyat didn’t bowled as per expectations.But he bowled well in second match. We borrowed two players from MS team. I played a satisfactory knock. I have a unique paradox that I go for opening and take the strike. If my team doesn’t provide me this facility they cannot extract 100% from my batting. It is psychological more than technical. I feel comfortable going for opening. MS team fought hard in first game but surrenders in second.Anyways my team won both matches. In second weekend MS and JAVA both won one match each. I have learnt few new words Sunil Bhati thet movement can be alternative of start. He was fond of the phrase “Thoda movement rakh” when he was bowling.

There were some cheating and unfair play.But Itna chalta hai . Kunal bagged limelight by his fielding standards. He was actually fielding for us.

The crowd was expecting some cheerleaders. One of the MS bowler Rakesh alias RAKA

was taking long run up to frighten the batsman.But,it was a flop show. Though he manage to take some wickets. But he did not gained reputation among batsmans.

Overall it was a nice experience for me to play for JAVA team. I hope to regain my form and play a good knock for winning cause of my team.

Shahabuddin-The menance

Shahabuddin is well known name in Bihar crime scence and politics.He is basically a PhD criminal who has been taken care by the politician for their own purposes.He is family member of politico criminals who are highest rated Bahubalis(You call it Mahabali).Ex DGP of Bihar Mr DP Ojha has submitted a report after investigation against him.He indicated that Shahabbuddin is biggest threat for stability of the nation in eastern region. One of arrested crminal of Bihar, Pappu addmitted in a confession in front of the police that Shahabbuddin has meet with Dawood in Dubai.Everybody knows that Dawood is now international terrorist.
Shahabbuddin has links with ISI and their sponsered institutions in Nepal.
When Shahabbuddin was about to be arrested in Bihar,he fleed to Nepal where he stayed in hotel in Butwal(I have confirm source and knowledge)
Shahabbuddin has gone to Kashmir thrice to meet with Arms Trafficklers and he met the Hizb terrorist.He is having relationship with Shakeel Ansari who is ISI agent and a member of Parliament in Nepal.
Manoj Tyagi has been arrested by Delhi Police,is close to Shahabbuddin and is a ISI agent.He has been given the assignment of kill the two journalist.Tyagi was given a 'Supari' by Shahabbuddin on behalf of big political party.The two journalist are said to have done the sting operations against the political party .Tyagi was arrested with weapon and a map of the home of the two journos.
What govt. is doing ? They left Shahab with some arms cases against him.Shahabbuddin has PhD degree and 18 licenses of different kind of weapons.He is bigger than that .He is a arms dealer confirmed by the Ex DGP. D P Ojha has been transferred by the govt. ruling then.Laloo felt that DGP is going against the will of govt by investigating and preparing report against Shahabbuddin. DP Ojha has accepted in his report that Shahabbuddin is very serious threat for the nation and govt must take appropiate action against him.
The Laloo govt then tried to save him for their own puposes.Shahabbuddin must be eradicated..People who are associated with him should leave their personal benefits and greed which they are drawing in his name .Shahabbuddin is more dangerous than a terrorist. He is destroying internal security of the one of state of India which can lead to sveral terrorist attacks .Jail is like his in-laws home.The institutions he has build in Siwan is partially funded by ISI and politician like Laloo support his activities just to take monetary benefits and benefits of power from him.Laloo is compromizing with national security.

Name Game

I sat for an hour for "dhyan" and "Chintan" last night.Usually I do it for my peace of mind and search of inner self through self realization.I always found few interesting facts when I go down to memory lane.I found few of them last night as well.When my mind is calm and cool it do wonders.Writing is a better,democratic,strong and matured way to express yourself.
Ok! let me discuss what I thought yesterday.I went down to memory lane and try to find how many of my friend till my graduation I still remember.Then I thought ok! how many of them were closely associated with me and how many of them I still remember because of their behavior and face.When I recalled all of them the counting was huge. So I am selecting few of them for my story. May be few more will be added later if I found them interesting and relevant.
These are my personal observations and there is no offenses intended.There is no girls included in the list.They will be taken care in another chapter.
The most common names I recalled were "Sunil","Vijay","Brajesh","Rajeev","Varun","Krishna","Pramod","Gaurav","Rahul","Arnav","Ashsih"and "Surya". Apart from them many of the names which occurred only once like Vinay,Karunesh ,Somnath,Ajay,Uma nath,Ravi,Ravish,Rajneesh,Shashank,Tribhuwan,Aakash, Animesh,Abhinav,Manish,Kunal,Parikshit,Saket,Kailash Himanshu and Arvind .They all are my good friends.

Let me begin with the names which occured more than once.Lets begin with best known Pramod.
Pramod-I know two Pramod who were my classmates.Both were ambitious and methodical and live life as it comes . Both were fiercely competitive and matured.They were well dressed and behaved and belonged to good family.In nut and shell they were very clear head thinking mind.As the name suggested they both were interested in "Hindi Movies".One of them was found of new movies .Any new movie came in theater he was the first among us to visit it.
One of the Pramod is my best friend so far.He lives in Gorakhpur and works in BSNL.

Rahul- My classmates with these names were arrogant in nature.They were sophisticated,well dressed and a bit crazy stuff.They were having their own comfort zone and were non flexi in attitude.Dressing sense was up to the mark and their public speaking was balanced.They are having moderate success in their life because of their attitude.One important thing was common among them was their interest in music and cricket.

Sunil-I came across four Sunils.2 till 8th class and two in 12th.The common thing among them was they were hard working guys in a sense they covered all possible routes of all the teachers for tuitions .Tuition was like a bribe which has to be paid in EMI to get full support of the teachers to pass the exams.It was done to please the teachers.Few teachers liked EMI as a earning tool as an extra income.So both of Sunils were buttermaster and cosidered this tool useful for success rather than their own skills. Sunils were famous for setting up a poor benchmarks like studying Computer Science at lesser known institute like Priyadarshini College of Engineering in Noida.They were trying to set up a benchmark of studying Comp Sc in Noida ,but the institutes were C-grade.The result was "they are still struggling". Hence they believed in doing things by any means without applying any process of decision analysis and resolution. They were crazy people with bad etiquette.One thing they were champ at and that was buttering.Their dressing sense was pathetic and personality was sublime.They relied more on bad practices.
But one of Sunil who studied with me in bachelors was very successful because he was more balanced in life.He did his masters and Phd from JNU.
Nagendra-I was having two classmates with the name Nagendra.One was with me in Middle school and the second was with me in class 9 and 10 th . Both the Nagendras were clear headed and no nonsense and were close friends with me.They were talented but with poor family values.They were good at maths and Scout camps and girls were their main weakness.One of Nagendra was 3 years senior to me but due to unfortunate situation he was stdying with me from 5th to 8th class.I was knowing two or three girls in that period in my colony and Nagu was aware of it.One of Nagendra is successful and second is in Indian army serving as Jawan.He is now saving pretty girls from enemies like Pakistan on the border.
Brajesh- I came across two Brijeshs.Both were ambitious,daring better in studies than me.But their emotional quotient was low.They were having ego problems.Their dressing sense and public behavior was controlled.They were balanced and achieved good success in the life.they could have achieved more but due to their egoistic ,non flexi attitude they are stagnate in few sense.But let me tell you I was having edge over them in creativity and talent.
Surya-One Surya was with me in Bachelors and another was with me during middle school.Both were ambitious,methodical better in studies than me and achieved much success than me . One of them studied maths in masters at IIT Kanpur.One of them was good at setting targets and achieving them.
So here ,one chapter of my story ends. I have not written about many of friends and it doesn't imply that they are not important.Will do more research and come back with new chapter of my history.Watch out for same.

Past three months

SEPTEMBER--A hand cut saga

Last three months were horrible for me.September was actually "Sitam-ber" and October was like "Octopus".But now when everything was settling down in November , it Suddenly become "No-v-safer" horrible too. I got my hand cut in September almost 2.5 inches.It was my right hand palm.Got 10 stitches for the same .Struggled with stitched right hand palm for nearly 1.5 months.Was not able to use it for 1 month for eating purpose.If some one has a habit
of doing things from right hand suffers when they have to do with left.You cannot write, you have to operate PC from left hand ,you cannot eat with ,you cannot play and most importantly you will not be able sleep properly always fearing of possible pain that can occur.When I got injured I lost nearly 500 ml of blood.I was fortunate that my bones were not touched.It was really a tough time .I got notice from land lord to vacate house because of his son's marriage on 30th September. I initially thought of vacating before his words but some how I missed the opportunity.Anyways I was always having a plan ready to shift either somewhere in Mayur Vihar 2 of Faridabad sec 31 near to office.Having loads of previous experience in shifting houses, I was not worried at all. Fortunately with the help of few office mate I managed to find a temporary 1 BHK accommodation on ground floor with ample space in front and back and that too very near to my office.The location is barely 5 minutes away from office. I was very excited to shift base as early as possible.It was primarily because of two reasons first my hectic schedule would be at end early and my new landlord was not ready to let the start date go beyond 22 nd Sep.Neetu was having fast of "jyutiya" one day prior to shifting day. She was on fast without food and water for more than 24 hours and that is why she was unable to help me packing.I was packing the goods like anything.During that urgency I got cut on my right palm.Believe me with barely 6 days passed of cut incident with the stitches on the rough and hard skin of palm ,shifting base to FBD was nightmare to me .Anyhow I managed to shift successfully.TT tournament has already started at that time in my current office .And I was sure to miss it due to stitches.
I was almost caught in the bomb blast near CP which I have mentioned in my previous blog.The reason was the new TT bat for which I went to CP.
I lost my confidence in the blast. My mind was full of anger and negative thoughts. Normally, I am not the person who can be easily frightened but I don't know what was the reason that I was very scared due to that CP explosion incident.
My mind was reacting strongly towards this incident and I was not able to control my mind after that incident.

OCTOBER--The downfall saga

The whole October I spent in recovering from the confidence loss from those two events.I am very sensitive person and patriotic in nature.I was shattered by the act of terrorism which I have seen live for the first time in my life . As a responsible citizen how can my mind will attain peace if my nation's heart was attacked brutally by a bunch of terrorists.Believe me when a nation is attacked like this(serial blasts) frequently,confidence of the nation is destroyed up to larger extent. Can someone take pride in saying that they live in the safe country whose politicians are able administrator and they can ensure safety and well being to their people.The confidence cannot be build only by having 9% growth annually."Jaan hai to jahaan hai " but we cannot say jahaan hai to jaan salamat rahegi. Manmohan Singh seems to be busy in increasing GDP ,trades and business only.My question is that if you are not safe who will come to you to do a business? The Govt hasn't learnt till date by the several terrorist attacks in which nation has lost several important lives and confidence of the "Junta".

Our leadership is weak.After Indira Gandhi we have not seen able administrators who can save the pride of nation and do the development activity.We are having opportunistic leaders leading the country.The are not ready to sacrifice their personal well beings and greed of "Satta"(ruling stat).Our leaders are very old and slow.It seems that PM ,President and other old fools are in business for few handshakes,few signatures and saying few words from written script.I am totally disagree that these 70+ shd be given any top post.If they are really important then they should be in advisory board.This is time where India should have a young blood leading from the front.
October was a month of financial instability in industry.Global slowdown was affecting Indian Sensex too.The business was suffering.Those who were riding high few days back were in trouble . Companies started closing their units .Unemployment index was high. People were loosing jobs.One of the company's CEO named "Gradiano" was killed by his ex staffs.There was a situation of utmost chaos and panic . Those who were riding high with confidence now got
panicked.Jobs were not safer.Some of the IT majors started firing. Few big financial companies were at the verge of bankruptcy.Due to all these slowdown in US and other part of the world Indian outsourcing was suffering.But beleive me the poor market condition in US can help India.I think companies will follow the policy of cost cutting and thus they can think of increasing total percentage of outsourcing business because it can help the lower the cost of wages.
Remember outsourcing business in India by US is only 3-4% of the total revenue of the organizations.There are chances this year this index can go upto 5.2% . It simply indicates that India will be benefitted because it can provide better skill set people at lower wages .

October is the time when festivals like Dussehara and Diwali falls.People celebrate these festivals with dedication.People love to do shopping of at this time.But, poor market conditions stopped most of the people from purchasing new car ,home ,electronic goods.The business was on its low at this time.People were hopeful that condition will improve in November.But November proved to be major setback. Though fall in inflation and crude oil prices were soothing but that didn't have much impact on price reduction on daily use goods.

NOVEMBER--Mumbai pain

Amidst these problems we have seen the biggest terrorist attack in India till date. On 26th November what happened in south coastal Mumbai is black day in the modern Indian history.The terrorist literally captured southern part of the nation's financial capital Mumbai.although we have seen several terrorist attacks in past but this was of different nature.Blasting bombs is different from Fidayin attack. Let me tell you Fidayins are more dangerous than the Blasts.The
chances of the damage is more when Fidayeens attacks. These Fidayeen were highly trained in Guerrilla war.It is not a act of classic terrorism ,I would call it as Proxy war. There are evidences that fully supports it was fully backed by Pakistan.I will like to discuss about the role of Pakistan later on.The attack were severe as it harmed the elite class of the society and foreign national.several high profile corporates lost their live . Attacks on Taj hotel, Oberai hotel and Nariman building clearly suggest that they wanted to create maximum damage with full media coverage so that can defame the name of Mumbai.India is land of oppurtunities and attacks of these nature in the financial capital of India can slow down economic progress.Indian Army commandos ,MARCOS ,NSG commandos,ATS,Mumbai Fire Brigade and Mumbai Police shown utmost courage to gun down the people who created havoc.These people from forces are the real heroes . I salute them and their family.If I will get a chance I would definitely like to serve their house,family even as servant.They are life savers who don't care about sacrificing their life for our safety. Where is the Bastard Raaj Thakre at this moment.Where is he hiding ? and not coming in front of any of the TV cameras.He must be hiding in some hole like a rat and thinking about his next strategies to target bhaiyas and North Indians. Can he answers a simple question? Where was he ? Can he tell how many Marathis and non Marathis were in the NSG commandos?He is a bastard of such stature that he can even do the counting? Those NSG commandos were having persons from North India as well who ensured that people like Raj Thakre can sleep in peaceful atmosphere. The government is also culprit of these terror attacks. We are seeing regular attacks. This is not an national movement against Britishers for freedom.These are terrorist attacks.If we are not able to counter attack then we will be attacked several times.Because non actions against terrorist boost their confidence to attack again and again.Look what Israel has done .After the attack on Israeli team in Munich Olympic in 1972 which killed 11 players,they have persuaded the militants until there were not finished.Israeli government took several hard steps there onwards to ensure that the terrorist group is completely destroyed.
And look what Indian Leadership is doing since last 15 years.Our leaders will certainly sell our motherland some days . These politicians have no moral values.The are old ,weak and stupid.Flush them out of this system . We should clean them ASAP otherwise our lives are not safe.

And in the last we should feel proud that we have brave officers like Gajraj, Kamte, Unnikrishnan, Kalaskar and Karkare .We should be silent for 2 minutes and pray to God that the soul of 200 died people along with brave hearts rest in peace .

Education in India

Education is not exploration in India.
We talk about importing culture, foreign goods,Liquors,cars etc.We are fascinating about every imported foreign item but why don't we adopt or learn from quality education system in West? Why we do not spread the good quality system of education here as well.
We Indians considered to be very good in maths and basic science but why we failed to produce doctors , engineers and scientist who can invent rather just provide services mostly to western countries projects.We are dreaming to become developed nation by 2020.But, we can't even think of that if we are not properly educated.Every developed nation has high literacy rate and we people are dreaming to become developed nation without much about our outdated education system which just produce laborers not avid thinkers.

Muslim Identity

It is tough topic to write about.The situation is so complex.How can we get rid of terrorism?Why Muslims always referred when any bomb blast happens?Why Muslims are considered as synonyms of terrorism?Today communal harmony is in question.The adjustment of Muslims with other religion is difficult.The Muslims are themselves living in suffocated
environment which has been created by few of them.I am taking reference of a famous dialogue from "Sarfarosh" which says "kuch chand musalmano ki wajah se poori kaum ko badnam hona padta hain"(Whole community is considered bad because few Muslims.).It is very much true in present scenario.Be it New Delhi or New York,your first thought when you see a Muslim has been changed .In India Muslims are considered as hard working community.In India they were always referred as violent .The image has been created because of several massacre during riots.They have protested violently every violent attack done on him.But this image was not scary as everybody was assuming it was happening because of their violent nature when they have been under attack.Any thing related to their religion which was not dealt in right manner(as per them) become an issue and they responded violently.Communal harmony in India between Hindus and Muslims was loosing ground due to several riots.The riots was happening in different parts of India after a small interval frequently.That damaged the communal harmony between these religion to a certain extent.Despite repairing it the ruling govt then never dealt with the situation with maturity otherwise riots could have stopped.Very few people were knowing BJP at one time .But,they suddenly came into picture because of ruling Congress.Has the congress tackled the issue of Babri Masjid properly,The demolition was not at all there on cards.The demolition of Babri masjid acted as a catalyst to the hardliners and they started disturbing the communal harmony.Many of the young Muslims were motivated against the national govt.Then started the terrorism in the name of "Allah" which was result of mental harassment they felt after the demolition.Today we can see the number of blasts happening in the country by different outfits regularly. It has created a scare among us.When I say us I simply mean the general public which consist of Hindus , Muslims and all other religion' people.Those who are doing these blasts are in minority but they have created a havoc in majority.It is very difficult to control for you and rollback once you are into the business of spreading terror.Those who felt humiliation at any point of time being Muslim in India are taking a root to terrorism to show their anger and frustration.They can be anyone be it a S/W Engineer or college student of Muslim community.We have seen several examples of these cases in which a young and well earning youth of Muslim community is taking a route of terror to express their anger.The hardliners are motivating them towards "terrorism" in the name of "Allah".They are just using them to create terror.The hardliners are seeing at it as revenge and "Jehad".But ,basically they are aimless and baseless.Terror creates more terror.It inspires others to react in the revenge and do a terror act.I don't say that they should be dealt with flower in hand .Once motivated by the hardliners for sacrifice in the name of "Allah" they can never rollback.Rolling back become impossible for them.So they should be rather hanged in public for their unlawful terror works which takes hundreds of life and create unhealthy atmosphere in the society.My view point is that they should be dealt in harsh manner.
Few people are responsible of these terror act but it is the govt who is more responsible because they haven't dealt with the situation fine.
I have no problem in admitting that for some time I have been thinking that time has come when the Muslim as a community need to introspect and analyze and try to ask themselves - has something gone wrong somewhere? Why is it that every where in world, their identity is being taken as somebody who explodes bombs?
It is this so-called radical Islam or political Islam which is creating problems for their own community and society at large.Majority of sane and liberal voice is keeping quiet, or if not so, then not making enough noise to be heard by its own community.
Now people are saying that MC Sharma may be victim of friendly fire in Jamia encounter(Quoted by M J Akbar).They are questioning the patriotism of a brave police officer who sacrificed his life while doing his duty for the nation.Why they are making noise on Jamia Encounter where Atif was shot dead?Why they haven't done a rally for Keval Nandu when he was killed?
The first thing that should be done in this country that there should be full stop at the caste and religion politics from now onwards.Many bad practices has been stopped by the election commission of India and many more can be stopped further.The second thing govt should keep an eye on outside forces which are creating terror network in this country. They should be dealt mercilessly because they don't have any religion except terror.

"A Saturday"--Helpless Day in Delhi

Few dayz back I have written a review of a movie "A Wednesday".The movie was based on the frustation and fight of a common man against terrorism.But, God has planned something different for me . The Almighty tried to show me the real one .
On 13 Sep 2008 ,I was just 100 mtrs away from the blast site near Barakhambha Road,cannaught Place , New delhi.I went to CP to purchase a TT bat from Bajaj Sports.Just 15 minutes prior to my visit to Bajaj Sports ,I was going through Central Park where blast happened.While travelling through Central Park I saw a sport shop with name Gupta Sports .I thought I should get down there .But because of good deal I was sure to get at Bajaj shop, I decided to continue.I saw few Coupals there in Central park.They were all 25 something yrs old.It was a slightly cool evening as weather is changing rapidally in this part of country.No body thought terrorist can attack here .
After my shopping of TT bat ,I decided to move towards my home.I decided to take a new green bus from bus stop.There are two bus stops near to Bajaj Sports towards Barakhambha. One is near to Super Market and another is at Barakhambha Metro station.I was having a backache at that time ,so I quit the plan to visit Central Park or anywhere in CP.I headed towards my home.
I was not getting any bus from the first stop.The bus numbers 520, 620 and 604 were frequent.But there were no 85, 355.Suddenly I got a call from Neetu and she broke the news of bomb blast in Gaffar Market, KarolBag few minutes back.I become alert and started sharing the news with my nearby people who were also waiting for bus.I knew from the past experience of B-Banglore, A-Ahmedabad, D-delhi that it could be a serial blast.I decided to take an auto instead of bus.I tried but didnt succeed.I moved towards Gopaldas building near to Barakhambha Road to catch an auto.This place is 125 odd meters away from blast site.We normally take any auto or buses for Pandav Nagar from the site where blast happened. Fortunately I decided not to travel that far. At 6:32 PM there was a huge blast .It was so strong that I felt no noise for the next two minutes.I was shocked for 2 minutes and then ran towards blast site for help the injured.But police on that day was so active that they reached before people can reach and started relief work.I saw few torned dead bodies there. Police was doing everything to keep us away from that point fearing there could be more bombs. I saw the damaged dustbin.The bombs were with possibly lots of small bullets which made small holes in the plastic dustbin.Rescue work done by police was very swift and then they evacuated the place completely.Dead bodies as well as injured were sent to hospital immediately.Autowallas were helpful and they were carrying injured without taking a penny.Unable to help anyone I decided to move to home to make myself safe.Was not getting any auto I have taken a DTC 85 number and headed towards home.But there was a fear installed in me and I was continuously shouting in the Bus "Please look below your seat.Save yourself.Don't take it lightly." Not all were informed that there was three bomb blast took place at different locations . Fearing serial blasts they tried to search below their seats as a precautions.After 1 hour taking a different route bus reached at the destination.I thanked God !!.
Later I have seen those couples and dead bodies on TV.
"A Wednesday " truly reflects the frustation of "Common Man" on "A Saturday."
The politicians has a habbit of repeating the same line again and again after each blast .But, despite being informed about the blasts the Govt hardly taken any measures. A capital is not safe ?Politicians are responsible for these kind of activities.They can sell their motherland for their purpose.This 70+ yrs old Home Minister should be ................ .
