MTWT Shift-20% Profit

Now what is this MTWT shift ? I have removed FSS from this list.FSS-Friday,Saturday and Sunday. Now it is clear .Isn't it. I really want to advocate the policy of 4 working days in a week.It has many advantages.Lets discuss what exactly can be this policy. We have a five working day in a week in most of the organizations.Suppose our total working hours in week is 40 ( 8x5). Now if I want to achieve 40 hours in 4 days then we need to work for 10 hours a day. This has lots of practical benefits. It would be beneficial for the employees who travel almost 2 hours or more than that daily. One would travels only four days in a week.Hence the number of hours he travels in week can be reduced by 20%. 20% reductions in traveling can save 20% fuel in a weekday. It simply means 20% less traffic in a weekday-that would make 20% less chance of getting someone hurt and sustain an injury due to accidents,it simply means 20% less worry for everyone thus your stress factor is reduced by 20% . It is also helpful for organizations which can save 20% electricity ,resources would depreciate 20% less. As technology is improving day by day we would be able to work from home in coming future .If urgent work requires us to be involved on Fridays then we will able to do it.In that case we can have arrangements of making 8hrs a day policy and one day in a week we can work from home.
This structure of working hour is in the favor of our nation as well .We will be able to save 20% fuel and energy.Even the 6 days a week organizations can do it by reducing one working day and increasing total number of working hours in a day.
I hope that this will definitely happen in coming years in INDIA as well.

In the name of country benefit u r running from work.Practically this is not beneficial for any organization as the productive working hours are never more than 8 hrs a days. And if one continuously starts working more hours his productivity will certainly degrade.

If you dont have productivity for 8hrs shift then you cann't think of 10 hrs a day.Koreans work for 12 hrs a day for 6 days. And we will be asked to work only for 4 days. Think of 3 days long weekend as well.

Well i am in favour of 4 days working as we are going to save most importantly the fuel as well as the electricity. And ofcourse the productivity may go down..but there is always a start and we can start and i guess we indian are quickly adopt with the environment. apart from that the stress level ll be go down in job area like software industries and call centers.
