You feel happy when you get to see what you like.I like Lakes,Dense Forest,Springs, Watefalls.And Mooresville is full of these things.I reached here on 31st July10 at 3 PM UST. It was coudy outside and few drop of rains were there on the front mirror of the taxi. We took highway 77 to reach Mooresville.I was having the name of the hotel and driver was having GPS .He took me to few hotels in exit 33 and exit 36. Exit 36 hotels are cheaper than exit 33 one.I liked Super 8 on exit 36.The manager said the hotel is of Indian.He didnt mention Gujrati,Bengali ,Bihari or Keralite. All of us are recognised as Indians here in US but we bloody people discriminate among us.
I met owners a day after lodging into it. They are Gujratis.Bull shit !!!! I am doing the same Gujrati , Bengali,Bihari etc.. Hang on !!! I am pointing it because I really appreciate the way Gujju bhai create wealth.They are big moolah makers in US . US is another home for them.Even then they are very simple. You know what.. that is why they are rich . Ok Lets get back to the praises for Mooresville and US. US is better than what we have seen in movies. Everyone has car.Everyone has a big car ,bigger than big cars in India .Nobody walks on street or roads.Though burning fuel is not good for enviornment and health.But who cares ?? At least Americans are not worried about limited fuel source available on earth .In future they may device a car which runs on nuclear energy. Who cares ? Americans burns fuels the most in world. Everybody has huge cars and more than one cars.People like we fears to walk down street.
When I was crossing the road I felt like very poor chap in world for the first time.I was the only one who was walking and crossing the road.I was looking like stupid there on the traffic light.Traffic lights turns red only for cars not for people.I started crossing the road.One the halfway mark of the road I realised that traffic was open for crossroad vehicles not for me. The person who was crossing the road by car stopped and indicated me to cross as early as possible. You got what I mean.They way he signalled me showed a sign of mercy on two legs creature .The scene was equivalent to a cow crossing a busy traffic in India.Americans see with mercy in his/her eyes when they see people walking down the street.In the previous sentence people strictly means Asian holy cow.Sometime people show mercy on you by giving you small ride.
Anyways this was conflicting situation where it was forcing me take a ride in car daily and on the other hand I was firm on walking as it help me to keep fit.
But now I firm that I will walk down always even if it requires putting a car like indicator my back.I dont mind it.....hahahaha.
Initially few days have gome very less stressy . The town has good stores like Walgreen ,WalMart ,Lowes,Bloom etc.Enjoyed my shopping in those stores.1.5 litre apple juice cost you $ 2.5 . Dollar has got strong purchasing power.I had my food in $4.The quality of items are far higher than in India.
Will be celebrating my First Bday . Are nahi re bawa First Bday in USA.Will do a lots of masti . Will post more on this ....

USA Kyaa cheesse hai !!!!
It was since long I have not written any blog .I thought of writing now.Though the topic is not any burning issues which is my favourite but a personal one.I wanted to share my personal milestone.There is milestone in every SW Professional" onsite".The word is metaphor for USA though.And it is true that USA is father of all SW careers.The software word is may come from dictionary but it has got actual relevance from USA only.
Though Onsite was on my cards on 27Sep 2007. But some how it really didn't clicked. I was a having chance on H1b.Now after 3 long years of wait it happened.I could have got it with Patni computers.But I didnt stayed there for long. Patni Gandhinagar prefers hardcore Gujju bhaies to visit onsite.
I will start with my Passport.
It was really tough for me to get my passport renewed for a old damaged one. A damaged passport requires Annexure F signed by IAS level or GM of PSU or Secretary of director level authority in delhi if you want to make your passport from Delhi.
even Noida authorisation is not applicable. I have tried all my source to get it done but it didnt happen. One of my known source happens to be my father in law . He stays in NOIDA and extended his support. But that was of no use.Because bijli vibhag has not issed a ID card for him and that was required with Annexure F . Anywayz he was living in NOIDA . I called one of my batchmet of Birla .he was wearing lots of attitude. He asked who "Ratish Gaurav" ?. He refused to recognised me.Later he was agreed when his short term memory loss was gained.If somebody refuses to recognise then it simply means he has memory loss or he dont have any afinity or he dont want to keep .I have got a proven track record of bouncing back from literally any circumstances. Though I hav to prove everytime when I am there is middle, I never mind it. Ok ! one of my friend said my father do it but will not do at this moment. Though he was not aware he father was not eligible .I just asked to check his response. Now my room mate from Birla tried it but his father was one post short of doing the same.But I appreciate him.He maintain the dignity of both side and this is what I tried to learn from him most.
Anywayz at last i was having two options one from jiju's reference GM of SAIL and another through my own Commissionar in IT(Income wala IT) deptt.Thogh I went for GM SAIL as he was friendly and appraochable more.
Finally I got my passport work done after paying gud sum to Agent and spending loads of time there.
Now got my visa stameped and was ready to move .It was Air France flight for NYC JFK.We have to change flight in paris . Paris is beutiful and what a wonderful view I got of Eiffiel Tower from low height of flight.
It took seven hours to reach JFK NY from paris. total time taken was 20 hrs till now. I was having a delta flight for Charlotte from JFK. It took 1:30 Hrs .
I reached in 27 hrs to Mooresville the Racing town of USA.
Morresville is very beutful town of USA.the landscapes are graet and there is forest and lake everywhere.The lake Norman is a Great lake. I stayed first two days in a hotel called super 8 owned by a Gujju bhai named Champ Patel.
Now staying in a apartment paying $ 250 PM rent.
